WELCOME! So my first blog and it isn't exactly a happy one....
Ok, so I gotta say, I am slightly peeved. I find it completely annoying that when I go to church and use the 'facilities' I am faced with the not so lovely art of vandalism. Of all the places in the world, I would assume that church would be the last place that would be faced with tagging. Or perhaps it would be the first. Doors wide open to all, let anyone with any form of past come and partake. However, in the hospitality and open armed-ness, there has been a bit of abuse. What really gets me is the fact that I went in to the Men's "facilities" and was greeted by this little piece of work which says "Jesus Lives"...
I completely understand the message and totally agreed, however, the delivery is slightly off. You don't go and deface and etch anything into the things which God has given us. Its not being a good steward of His blessings, nor is it ok on any scale of morality.
So my plea is this, if you happen to notice someone pull out a cute little piece of equipment that can be used
to etch or carve into God's property, call them out on it. I'll be keeping my eye out...
